Policies
-
Alcohol Policy
Celebrating a special occasion? Valley RYDE Elite welcomes clients to bring their own champagne, wine, or beverage of choice to enjoy during their ride. Arizona law permits passengers to consume alcohol in licensed limousine and chauffeur vehicles; however, we currently do not sell or supply alcohol ourselves. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol on board, and all beverages must remain inside the vehicle at all times.
-
Vehicle Care Policy
Valley RYDE Elite takes pride in maintaining a pristine fleet for every client. In the event of excessive spills, stains, or other damage requiring professional cleaning or detailing beyond normal wear, a cleaning fee of $300 will be added to your invoice. This fee covers professional detailing and any lost revenue while the vehicle is out of service.
-
Gratuity
Gratuity is not included in your fare and is left entirely to your discretion.
-
Payment Terms
Cash is the listed price; credit card payments add a 3.5% surcharge.
