Most event bookings are hourly. You reserve the car and chauffeur for a block of time, and inside that block the vehicle is yours. Nobody parks, and nobody has to be the one who stays sober.

Weddings
Getting the couple to the venue, parents to the ceremony, and the two of you away at the end of the night without either of you holding a phone. Welcome-weekend airport runs for out-of-town family are booked the same way.
Galas, Fundraisers and Award Nights
Arrivals at the Biltmore, the Phoenician, the Convention Center and the resort ballrooms. You get dropped at the entrance rather than the far end of overflow parking, which matters more in a gown in July than it sounds on paper.
Concerts, Games and Nights Out
Footprint Center, Chase Field, State Farm Stadium, Talking Stick. Event parking is expensive, and getting out of the lot afterward takes longer than the drive home. We drop at the gate and collect wherever you tell us.
Milestones
Anniversaries, birthdays, proposals, graduations and holiday dinners. Multi-stop nights, dinner and then a venue and then one more stop, are set when you book so you are not coordinating anything on the night itself.
Wine Country and Day Trips
Verde Valley tasting rooms, Sedona and Jerome. Roughly two hours each way from the Valley, which is precisely the drive nobody wants to make after a tasting.
Before You Book
Three policies worth reading first.
Alcohol. Passengers 21 and over may bring their own. We do not sell or supply alcohol.
Vehicle care. A $300 cleaning fee is added to your invoice if the vehicle needs remediation after a trip.
Gratuity. Not included in the quote and entirely at your discretion.
$160 per hour, 3-hour minimum.

Clubs and players in the same vehicle, from the resort to the first tee and back. No one in the group has to sit out the drink after the round.
Private Events
Weddings, galas, concerts and milestone nights, with the car and chauffeur held for the whole evening.
